The Blackhawks return home after a thrilling come-from-behind overtime win at the Carolina Hurricanes last night. The team did not hold a morning skate today, which is standard practice when playing back-to-back games.

Joel Quenneville rarely changes his lineup following a win, so we should expect the same 18 skaters dressed tonight. Where they will start is another issue. Alex DeBrincat showed what he can do when playing with top six talent last night, so there is no way he should start the game on the fourth line. We will have to wait until the pregame warmup to see how the lines are put together.

The only change we can count on is Corey Crawford in net after Anton Forsberg picked up his first win with the Blackhawks last night.

The Devils are in the midst of a rebuild, but nobody told their young players that they are supposed to be competitive this season. After getting off to a red hot start, they have only one win in their last five games and that came last night versus the Florida Panthers.

The Blackhawks will face Keith Kincaid instead of Cory Schneider, who made 32 saves in a 2-1 victory.

The Devils are 2-1-0 in the second half of back-to-back games this season, while the Blackhawks are 1-2-1.
