Duncan Keith, a pillar of the Chicago Blackhawks defense turns 34 years old today!

Keith has had quite the career in Chicago, now 913 regular season games deep.

He's had some ups and downs off the ice, but it's been mostly all positive on the ice and he was without a doubt a key factor in all three of the Blackhawks recent Stanley Cups.

He's won two Norris Trophy's, the Conn Smythe Trophy during the 2015 Cup run, two Olympic Gold medals and was named one of the "100 Greatest NHL Players" in history this past season as the NHL celebrated it's centennial.

While Keith might not put up Brent Burns type numbers, he continues to play exceptionally high minutes on a nightly basis and we doubt goalie Corey Crawford has any complaints about Keith's play.

His office fitness routine has been documented and he's a role model for any of the young players on the Hawks.

The Hawks have a couple of question marks on the blueline heading into next season, but Keith is definitely not one of them!
