The Chicago Blackawks and general manager Stan Bowman announced a contract signing on Monday.
Bowman has re-signed forward Alex Nylander to a 1 year contract that carries a $874k salary.
After registering 26 points in 65 games during the 2019-20 season, Nylander missed all of last season due to injury.
Bowman believes Nylander has another level to reach now that he's healthy.
"There is still plenty of room for growth in his game. He is just scratching the surface of the type of player we feel he is capable of becoming. This will be an important season for him to perform consistently and contribute offensively."
What do you expect from Nylander this season?
