The Chicago Blackhawks and general manager Stan Bowman made a couple of roster announcements on Friday.
The team has handed out contracts to two young forwards as Chicago gears up for free agency on Monday.
Chicago has signed Dylan Sikura and John Quenneville to two year contracts both carrying $750k cap hits per season.
Both players should make the NHL next year and just in case, Sikura is waiver exempt for next season.
The deals are two way deals but turn into one way deals for the 2020-21 season.
