The Chicago Blackhawks host the Florida Panthers tonight at the United Center for their last game before the break.
Leading up to today the game had two main storylines.
Joel Quenneville's first game back to Chicago since being fired.
The Hawks playoff push sitting just three points out of a Wild Card spot.
With today's optional practice, now a third storyline has been added.
Defenseman Duncan Keith and captain Jonathan Toews dropped the gloves and got into it today at practice. Toews seemed to get the best of it as Keith was practically stripped of his jersey.
Reports from media members in attendance say it came out of nowhere during the drills and everybody stopped to watch while the arena became totally silent.
The tail end of what appeared to be a, um, physical disagreement between Jonathan Toews and Duncan Keith. I didn’t see what precipitated it and can’t say if it was real but sure looked real. pic.twitter.com/77ZcWnk5ZG

Jonathan Toews and Duncan Keith just went at it as morning skate was beginning. Keith ended up with his jersey almost completely off. Very odd. I didn’t see what started it.
